Om straks al mijn kerstversiering een plekje te geven heb ik een aantal bekleedde lijsten gemaakt. En als de kerstdagen over zijn kan je op deze lijsten andere leuke dingen hangen.

Deze zijn vrij simpel om te maken.

Benodigdheden:

Hout voor frame ( 4 balkjes van 2 bij 4 cm en 48 cm lang)

Lap stof van 70 bij 70 cm

Houten blokjes (houten knijpers kan ook)

Sterke alleslijm

Materials:

Wood for the frame (4 bars of 2 by 4 cm and 48cm long)

Fabric 70 bij 70 cm

wooden blocks (or clothespins)

Strong glue

Schroef de balkjes aan elkaar zodat je een frame hebt van 50 bij 50 cm. Hierop maak je de stof  vast met een nietpistool of spijkertjes. De stof behoorlijk strak aan trekken anders gaat de stof raar hangen als je iets aan de blokjes hangt. 

De blokjes lijm je vervolgens op de stof in het patroon wat jezelf wilt. 

Screw the bars to each other so you have a frame of 50 by 50 cm. Then put the fabric on with a staple gun or nails. Pull the fabric pretty tight otherwise the fabric hang weird if you hang something on the blocks. 

Glue the blocks on in any pattern you want.

Kerstballen, Christmas baubles

Het is pas oktober, maar het maken van de kerstballen is een tijdrovend klusje. Dus ik ben vroeg begonnen zodat ik zeker op tijd klaar ben met alle kerstballen.

Ik heb 2 varianten gemaakt, eentje met vilt en eentje met stevig papier.

Benodigdheden:
Piepschuim bal (8cm)
Vilt of papier in meerdere kleuren
Kleine speldjes
Pailletten
Kleine kraaltjes (roccailles)

Ik heb van het vilt/ papier rondjes geknipt van 2cm groot. vervolgens is het vrij simpel, een kraaltje op de speld gevolgd door een paillet en een rondje. Deze prik je vervolgens in de bal. Ik heb eerst de middennaad van de bal gedaan en vanuit daar de beide zijkanten afgewerkt.

I have cut the felt / paper in circles 2cm wide. Then it is quite simple, a bead on the pin followed by a sequin and a circle. Then put the pin in the ball. I first made ​​the center seam of the ball and finished it from both sides.
